About the holding
Dune Ventures is a holding for eight internet businesses, each run by a single human and an agent stack. Founded 2023. Three principles: one operator per company, agents handle the unseen work, cash flow over headcount.
Today the portfolio runs at ~€634k MRR across consumer fintech, govtech utilities, edtech and AI productivity. The ninth seat is in the legal sector.
The role
You will own one venture inside the holding — build the product, take it to revenue. This venture targets the legal industry. We have a clear thesis and an early signal; the specific product stays behind closed doors until the seat is filled.
The agent stack handles support, dunning, copy, anomaly detection and the Monday briefing. You focus on what customers — lawyers, paralegals, in-house counsel, claimants — actually feel.
You report to the holding monthly. We do not micromanage. We do measure EUR landed per operator per month.
What you’ll do
- Ship the customer-facing product yourself, end-to-end.
- Decide what your venture is — within the single-operator AI-enabled thesis.
- Wire your venture into the shared agent stack (mission-control).
- Run the agent fleet: support, ops, dunning, briefings.
- Land paying customers fast. Boring problems, beautiful execution.
Who you are
- 5+ years building and shipping software products.
- Fluent with LLMs and agent tooling — Claude, Anthropic SDK, Inngest, prompt engineering as a core skill.
- You read a contract without flinching, and you understand how a law firm — or an in-house team — actually buys software.
- Comfortable with regulated, slow-moving industries. Patient with procurement. Allergic to nothing about the legal profession.
- Self-sufficient writer, designer and operator. You write your own ad copy. You design your own landing pages.
- Operating mindset, not management mindset. You build, not delegate.
- Comfortable being the only human in the room.
Bonus — prior experience in legal services, legaltech, claims, dispute resolution or any adjacent regulated industry. Not required, but it shortens the runway.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary, paid by the holding.
- Meaningful equity in your venture — typically 25–40% on a vesting schedule.
- Performance-linked bonus on MRR milestones.
- Full agent toolkit included: Claude access, mission-control platform, all subscriptions.
- No equity in the holding itself — your upside lives in your venture.
